The device is applicable to the dressing and coating processing of all types of plant seeds, so as to enhance the quality of seeds for precision sowing and seeds saving, featuring outstanding effect on seeds' disease prevention and insect prevention.
It is of a double-decked/fully closed structure that can effectively control the dissipation of seed coatings (Carbofuran) and the leakage of harmful gases, without pollution of the environment or damage of human body. The seed feeding part adopts a collecting and distributing structure, and the distribution of seeds is even, with a wide range of seed distribution atomization. Pesticide supply system features a multi-layer, high-speed and eccentric atomization that has a good effect and great evenness.
Seed dressing system has applied the latest foreign technology at present, and adopts extended mixing drum for seed dressing. It will cause no injury on the seeds' surface, with high coating qualification rate and high film formation speed, while the drum rolling speed could be adjusted at any time according to the type of the coated seeds, so as to improve the coating quality and production output. Seed dressing drum will be free from any residue seeds. Cleaning of the machine is simple and convenient.
The product has won numerous awards, and entitled with the "Famous brand Product" on China International Agriculture Expo in 1997 and 1999.
